From idea to reality: tailor-made organization of your event
We take the time to understand your wishes, the pace of your event, and the atmosphere you want to create. You share your needs via our request form: type of event, number of guests, date, location, and format (cocktail, seated dinner, or large-scale reception).
We then refine your project together, taking your constraints and specific requests into account. If needed, we can also support you with vendor coordination or with sourcing furniture and tableware.

What culinary specialties do you offer?

Yes.The Large-Scale Reception service is designed for events held in hired venues, estates, or event spaces.
We adapt to each location to guarantee a smooth and coherent experience.
Can we add additional services?
Yes.Beyond the meal, we can enhance your reception: croquembouche, bespoke wedding cakes, welcome drinks, a buffet of aged cheeses.
We can also coordinate or recommend trusted partners for floral decor, furniture rental, or venue sourcing.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend contacting us as early as possible—ideally several weeks to several months before your event, depending on its scale.This helps us secure availability and prepare every detail with care.
What are your payment terms?
Our packages cover the culinary offering only.Additional fees may apply depending on your needs (number of guests, staff, distance, furniture, etc.).
Guideline budget for these extras: around €20 per person.
A 50% deposit is required upon signing the quote, 40% one month before the event, and the remaining 10% the day after.
